KIVRO was created to eliminate compromise in wheelchair design - replacing standardized manufacturing with fully custom, digitally engineered titanium construction. We design and manufacture fully custom titanium wheelchairs using 3D body scanning and advanced additive manufacturing. Each frame is digitally modeled for precision alignment, optimized center-of-gravity placement, and long-term structural durability. Unlike traditional welded aluminum frames, our titanium structures are engineered to resist fatigue under repeated propulsion cycles while maintaining lightweight strength and vibration dampening properties. Production is intentionally limited to preserve engineering oversight and client experience standards.
